The PHIDS documentation has been reorganized into a scientific, research-first MkDocs structure. The historical markdown corpus remains preserved here because its content is architecturally important and continues to serve as migration source material.

Available Snapshots

  • 2026-03-11/: pre-restructure documentation snapshot, preserved before the formal information-architecture overhaul.

Migration Policy

  • Legacy files are not deleted.
  • Canonical pages may supersede legacy pages over time.
  • New canonical pages should cite relevant legacy source documents when migrating content.
  • Scientific accuracy and codebase traceability take precedence over cosmetic rewriting.
